i am a 24 year old lady and had an unprotected sex with my partner but after some time we used condoms also. we are sure that his sperm didnt get inside my vagina but once or twice some fluid kind of thing came out which was watery in colour.. does it mean that some sperm might have gotten inside my vagina?

Welcome to EmpowHER. There is no way of knowing if it made it inside or not. The fluid might have been precum. If you didn't use protection and had any unprotected intercourse, your chances for pregnancy to occur are higher. You need to wait until your period is due and take a home pregnancy test.
