I am a 22 years old unmarried girl. My weight is 61 kg (134 lbs)and my height is 5 ft. 5 inches. I used to exercise and go to the gym regularly. But I am not losing weight. it moves around 60 and 61 kg. I am not on a die. I just eat fruits in the afternoon and meals at night. Please help me. I want to reduce my weight to 55 kg (121 lbs)

Hello afreen,

Thank you for seeking our advice on how to lose 13 lbs.

One basic rule of weight loss is to burn more calories than you consume.

Second bit of advice from the experts is eat breakfast.

Third tip is to consume more calories at lunch time and less with your evening meal. Also, consider eating five or six smaller meals throughout the day instead of three meals daily.

Drink at least eight 8 ounce glasses of water every day. Avoid eating after 7 o' clock in the evening.
