Absolutely Cannot Orgasm....help.

I have been in several long term relationships, I exercise I eat right and I've been on birth control since I was 16 (started for regularity). I am now 26 and I cannot get myself to have an orgasm! I have read thousands of websites, tried different things with my boyfriend and alone. I have tried not even thinking about it, showers, toys...you name it. Its come to the point that I want sex to hurry up and be over because I know I'm not going to benefit from it. I used to ride horses so now I'm convinced theres permanent damage and it will never change. Any advice because this is just ridiculous!

Hi,
I can appreciate your frustration. Anorgasmia is the medical term for regular difficulty reaching orgasm after ample sexual stimulation, causing you personal distress. Anorgasmia is actually a very common occurrence, affecting at least 1 in 5 women worldwide. Since you tried every thing...have you tried sex therapy? Sex therapists are therapists who specialize in treating sexual problems.
