i m 27 year old and my stomac is heated always some time constipation some time ok periods regular.and every thing is fine plz tellm e treatment with natural herbals and fruits

I am unsure about your questions, as the title of your ASK does not relate to the remainder of your question.
- Are you wanting to know treatment options for acne, oily skin and blackheads?
- You also mentioned that your stomach is "heated"...can you explain more what this means? Are you saying it feels hot-to-the-touch, or that your stomach feels upset?
- How often do you have constipation?
Women do have upset stomach and constipation at times, and this is normal. You can take some over-the-counter medication, or take note of your diet (some foods may trigger constipation or upset stomach). Also, some illnesses may trigger upset stomach as well.
If this is not an on-going or frequent occurrence, it may be within the normal range of what many women experience.
