When a female is aroused her vagina creates a natural lubricant. This is a natural bodily function. Lubrication of the vagina allows for more sexual pleasure.
Getting "wet" from sexual arousal does not indicate pregnancy.
Pregnancy can only occur if the male ejaculates into the vagina during penetration.
