At 38yrs, my weight is more than what normally should be (by about 15kgs). My period cycle is 100% corrrect on time. We are trying for child for last few years. Though I do exercise moderatly, the weight doest reduce.
Few years back, i was treated with medicines (Proficy) to increase the chances of conceiving. From then onwards, the weight started increasing and with no efforts, am able to control.
My cycles are normall painful.

I was one of those estrogen dominant women that Dr. Marcantel is speaking of. I craved sugar like mad. Once I got on some bioidentical progesterone (after I had a saliva test) my appetite started to return to normal. I also got my energy back and started an estrogen detox which I wrote about. I am still on the detox and it's working well.
NO-ONE WILL LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS THEY WANT TO! Stop dieting; keep track of everything that you eat each day. Secret information will help you to get the body that you want. Each day keep your body properly hydrated with plain water and definitely limit your sodium intake. Keep mindless grazing to a minimum. Remember; eat to live, don’t live to eat! A daily regimen is needed by everyone and that regimen includes proper nourishment. Diets and diet aids do not help anyone!
Hi, Achyut,
So glad you wrote to us at EmpowHer. I empathize with your issues as I've experienced them myself. I believe I was estrogen-dominant as well. I had fertility issues, endometriosis (painful periods) and a similar pattern of weight gain.
Here is Tina Marcantel's article that she spoke of above:

as well as a few more articles and videos you may find helpful; two are from doctors and one from a woman who experienced estrogen dominance:
