Any bleeding post menopause should be reported to your doctor. Abnormal bleeding from the cavity of the uterus can be caused by hormonal imbalances, benign growths such as polyps or fibroids, or pre-cancer conditions. The bleeding may not be serious, but it's best to be checked by your doctor to be sure.
