They have these drops and tell you to eat 500 to 1000 calories a day. That seems crazy to me. Does anyone have experience with this system?

It's important to really scrutinize any weight loss plan to make sure it is healthy, so kudos for asking! Most nutritionists and exercise consultants will tell you that diet and exercise is the way to go--pills, drops, etc. are a short cut and can be a detriment to your health. A diet of 500 to 1000 calories seems like it is way below the recommended adult intake. Here is an article that I hope will help you in your weight loss goal:
