always I have my menstrual cycle one week late.. why?!

If you are always a week late then you have a 35 day cycle, not a 28 day cycle. Not everyone has a 28 day cycle. A normal cycle is considered 21 days to 35 days so you have a normal cycle.

Our hormones dictate when we get our periods so if you are two weeks late sometimes, this is due to hormonal fluctuations in your body. This does not indicate anything is wrong, just that you have a 35 days cycle that is sometimes irregular. If you have further concerns, you can talk to your doctor at your next visit.
