Sexual stimulation is often the same as the sucking action a baby would use at your breast and can have the same result - milk, or at least some fluid. Squeezing the nipple can cause discharge also. I wouldn't worry about this. But if you are concerned, or your nipples are leaking fluid on their our without any stimulation, mention it to your doctor.
