Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community for help.

The menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones. Any upset in that balance from stress to travel can cause changes.

It is unusual, at your age, for your period to start, stop and start again.

Please call and speak with your gynecologist. If you do not see a gynecologist, call your primary care physician.

Keep us updated,
Maryann
