Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community for advice regarding your painful period. As much as I want to help you, all that I can suggest is you contact your gynecologist.

Your physician knows you and the specifics associated with the miscarriage. I am truly sorry to hear about your loss.

Have your periods been normal and less painful prior to this month?

Regards,
Maryann
