Am i able to go on air plane as i have a heart murmur with leakage from the valves and and back flow of blood

May I ask what your doctor has told you about flying with your condition? If you haven't asked, I have to encourage you to call her or his office and to at least ask the nurse what the doctor's recommendation would be.

There are so many levels of heart murmurs that I'd be irresponsible to make even an educated guess as to whether this would be all right for you. Without knowing your medical history, the medicines you are on, and your doctor's concerns for your condition, there's no way to know what would be best for you.

Most of the time with a question like this, if you just call the doctor's office you can talk to a nurse or a nurse practitioner, ask your question, and get a call back within a day as to what the doctor's receommendation would be.
