About a 2 months ago, I was making out with my bf. I had my underwear on and shorts but he came and I was worried that it might have seeped through my underwear. My period was due 3 weeks after this and was 11 days late. Thankfully, I had a normal period with period pains (I drank parsley tea). About 3 weeks after my period, my uterus feels tense/tight but I have not engaged in any sort of sexual activity. I've never been penetrated in any way. What's causing this tenseness?

No, I don't recall experiencing this before. The area isn't tender when I press it and I doubt it's to do with my period because that's only due in a week and a half. This feeling has since faded but my uterus felt tight, not in the sense of cramps.

Have you ever experienced this type of tenderness before? Is the area tender when you press on your lower abdomen? Is it more like cramps?
Because you had a normal period and have not had sexual intercourse, you are not pregnant. This uterine tenderness is not associated with pregnancy.
Since the tenderness happened three weeks after your last period, it may indicate that your next period is about to start.
