my boyfriend and I dry humped not the 19th and my period normally starts on the 30th. He had his boxers and i had thin lace underwear. there was a point when he took it out but i had my underwear on the entire time. He didn't come on me but there was a lot of rubbing and i didn't know about precm at the time. when the 30th came i had the cramping and stuff but i wasn't sure if it was my period or spotting because it was really light. it lasted the same time my period would normally last. just really light. i took a test during that time and it was negative but now I'm not sure if that was because i took it too early. now the spotting/period has stopped but i still have some cramps and my breasts are still swollen but not tender. I've been really stressed lately i don't want to be pregnant :/ what are the chances??

the cramps have stopped but my breasts are still swollen and I now have random periods of a dull ache in my left nipple. It comes and goes maybe twice a day. I have been noticing very small amounts of sticky yellow discharge when I wipe myself and my period still hasn't started. is this still all due to stress??

Hello lilsis,

Try to relax because stressing out over this will not help and can cause your period to be delayed even more. If your period is late by at least seven days, take a home pregnancy test. That may give you the answer you are looking for.

if my underwear was pushed to the side it would be a different story right?

Hello lilsis,

If any semen got on your pubic area, there would be a slight risk for pregnancy.

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for your question.

Since you kept your underwear on, and there was no ejaculation, there was no risk for pregnancy.

However, stress can affect your period. Try to relax and your period may start soon.

Regards,
Maryann
