Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Your symptoms are side effects of the drug, not from pregnancy. Pregnancy symptoms would not be prevalent that soon after having intercourse. You may also experience symptoms such as nausea and vaginal bleeding which is not your regular period.
Emergency contraception can also effect your regular menstrual cycle. If you miss your next period, take a pregnancy test.
