Hey! Please help me with this.
I had my period on 16th September.
Me and my boyfriend dry humped on 24th September(9th day of my cycle). I was naked while he was wearing boxers n I felt his boxers were a little wet. He recently had ejaculated as well but he wiped it off. After that I took ecp in 10 hours. Then on 2nd Oct I started bleeding. It was a little lighter than my normal period, color was brown at first n then it was red, it lasted 5 to 6 days. N I had mild cramps, usually I have severe cramps in my period. Now from past two three days I've been having symptoms of pms. Nausea n cramps. Today is 16th n I was supposed to have my period two days back, I have a normal 28 days cycle. Can you please tell me if there's any chance of pregnancy at all? I'm a virgin. Also I've been nauseous since I took the pills. N now my tummy feels stuffed.

Hi Anon,
Thanks for reaching out to EmpowHER!

For a pregnancy to occur, actual intercourse has to happen. What you have described above is considered outercourse and does not cause pregnancy.

It's very possible that your stress and nerves are affecting your period and causing you to have cramps. I recommend you check out this article which is a great resource and describes outercourse and common myths around it: https://www.empowher.com/community/share/outercourse-dry-humping-dry-sex...

I think it will help ease your fears around pregnancy. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Best,
Erin
