I've been freakin myself out for days now. Ok the last day of my last period was June 11 and I lost my virginity June 12 and it was unprotected. I am freaking out. I am having weird cramps like for the past few days on the sides of my stomach. Female pains. And my lower back has started hurting. As of yesterday I have started peeing alot and I got kinda whoosy yesterday after eating breakfast. And I just dont' feel like doing much anymore, could be saddness from him breaking our relationship off and not speaking to me since even though he said we could still be friends and he moved 45mins away. (sorry for the rant) Last night I am having spotting. My period is not due till at the earliest July 4th and this is June 30. Today July 1 I still have dark spotting. No Blood but bad cramps. When can I take a pregnancy test. Its been 24 days since I had the unprotected sex. I do and don't want to have a kid. All of my friends are freaking me out. I need to know something its killing me.

Hi morgtmorg,

I am pretty sure that you are pregnant if you had sex the day after you stopped your period. Women really have a small window of possibility for pregnancy which is around 14 days after you start your period. Since you may have been at day 5 or 7 when you had sex, you should be just fine.

The symptoms you are talking about seem to be more geared towards heart break from him not speaking to you afterwards. That’s hard to deal with especially since you gave him something that was special to you. Remember, you are in control of giving men the opportunity to be in involved with you in a sexual way. Wait! There is no rush in having sex. If you want to experiment, go and talk to your physician about birth control methods and always be sure to use a condom.

If you are really concerned about pregnancy, wait until you miss a period before you take a pregnancy test but I think you are safe. Can you keep us updated?
