Hi. I have irregular periods. Last month I had a 29 day cycle, the month previous 27 and the month before that 33. My last period was on the 13/12/2016.. Today is my 40th day and no sign of a period.. I am experiencing dizziness, cramps, cravings and frequent urination.. i have been diagnosed with PCOS earlier.. But my most recent scan a year ago showed that there are no more cysts. I had a negative pregnancy test 5 days ago.. Please advise
