am i pregnant?

Hi, my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time February 10th it was protected and all was in tact when he came as well and nothing inside me. I naturally experienced pain and bleeding and within the normal wait time i took two tests a week apart and both were negative. I experienced slight bleeding the first few times and naturally have an irregular period and i got it March 31st but it lasted until that sunday April 2nd. It has been two weeks and i went to the bathroom and wiped away blood as well as discharge of a brown color this happened also when i had my period. I haven't experienced any severe pregnancy symptoms but I am very confused.
