Well i had sex the two weeks before my period in august. this lasted six days like usual ten a few days later i started getting brown discharge that lasted a few days. this is not typical for me. now, (september) my period started 10 days early. I've had sex before this period started. I'm supposed to take the mini pill but keep messing up. I've had sore heads, dizzyness, backache, tiredness and feeling sick. am I pregnant even though i had periods?

If you are having your menstrual periods, this would indicate that you are not pregnant.
However, you said you keep messing up taking your pills? It is important that until you get into a regular schedule of taking your pills, that you use condoms to prevent pregnancy!

Nope! :-) Not pregnant! (Just to make sure---did you want to be pregnant?)
A period can be 3-7 days long, and this is completely normal. Average is about 4-5 days, so a 3-day period is not abnormal.
