I'm 21. I'm on the birth control pill and have been for the last two and half years. Today is the Sunday the 16th, and I had unprotected sex 8 days ago (Saturday) and he came inside me. When I got home that night I realised I had missed Friday's pill and had yet to take Saturday's pill. The week before I had my period, although I don't take the pill for the week I get my period. I feel like I have light period cramps.... And I have been peeing a bit more than usual... Although I have been drinking more water than usual too. I am so desperate, I need someone to tell me to stay calm, I can't be pregnant right now.....

Thank you for posting today.
The risk is likely low. I will assume you made up the missed pill. You will know for sure with your next period. Keep taking your pills regularly. Try to relax. For peace of mind, an HPT can be taken 14-21 days after sex.
