Am I pregnant or not?

Okay, well mi period was supposed to be here like hmm 14 days ago and its not here yet. I have no pregnancy at all, except for like weight gain, headaches, and lightheads once in a while. Can I be pregnant? I took one pregnancy test this Monday in the evening and it was negative. See the lads time I cab remember I had a normal cycle was may 16 and then I had sex may 28 and again on june 4 and my June cycle which I supposely had on the 19th of June only like lasted for about 2 to 3 days which was weird and now its almost august and no period has come. I am I going crazy here or what LOL. Someone plsease help should I take another pregnancy test or should I just wait till I get my period?

Dear Anon,

If the last time you had sex was in June then by now a pregnancy test would definitely be positive. Do you have a tendency of getting irregular periods? If not, you may want to pay a visit to your healthcare provider.

Dear Rosa,
my name is allie the anon LOL Well I took a pregnancy test and it was defenitly negative. I don't really tend to have irregular periods like this month and I had a bit of bleeding today and I thought it might have been my period but it was just a really really small amount of bleeding. Do you think it might be time to take another prego test?

Dear Allie,
A small amount of bleeding can be implantation bleeding, which is when an embryo implants itself into the side of the uterus. If you take another pregnancy test now, chances are it will be more accurate than the first one you took. And if it is negative again, you might give your healthcare provider's office a call and let them know. They might want to have you come into the office for a pregnancy test there, just to be sure.
