Hi, In the last week of April I had dry sex, he never stuck it in me with my clothes off but in May I did have my period for 4 days, like a regular one, but this month I was expecting my period to come, & it didn't but I havent done anything sexual since then but i have been cramping a lot lately, my back hurts sometimes, I've had diarrhea, I feel sick, when I get up I feel dizzy, I'm sneezing a lot, I'm super worried I may be pregnant, could stress be it? In the ending of April & the month of may I was really depressed too, help?

Hello all224,

You can rule out pregnancy as the reason you have not yet gotten your period because you say that you have not had sexual intercourse since your last period.

High stress levels, illness and excessive exercising are three things that can delay a period.

All224, how late are you?

As of today 6/12/14, I am a week & a day late, usually when I miss it when I was supposed to have it I get it on the 25th or until the next month, I've been really stressed about maybe being pregnant since I've missed it & been getting these cramps & back pain, I think I may also be sick too though,

Hello all224,

If it will give you peace of mind, take a home pregnancy test.
