I have been indole carbinol3, Angus cactus and milk thistle for about 6 weeks, I had endometriosi removed and I have small fibroids so am taking these to help as I do not want to take the pill.
However I have no sex drive what so ever to be honest never really did prior to taking these anyway but it's now got worse I've read that Angus cactus can cause this.
Would it be save to take tongkatali alongside these tablets, as I heard this is very good of sex drive
Thanks melanie

Hello Melania,

Thank you for sharing your question with the community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having these struggles.   I'd love to give you some helpful information on the matter.

First of all, Angus cactus actually increases sex drive.  Tongkat Ali can also increase sex drive.  But because there are still no FDA approved drugs to treat decreased libido in women, I suggest that you consult your doctor before taking it.

Many other factors can cause low sex drive such as: relationship issues, past sexual abuse, job stress, peer pressure, fibroids, medications or low blood pressure to name a few.

I suggest that you talk to your doctor about removing the fibroids because fibroids can definitely decrease sex drive.  Also if you never had a strong sex drive in the past you may consider the other reasons I mentioned above.

I hope this has helped.  Let us know if you have any more questions.
