is any problem to take pill at the 14thday of period?? or is pill not working after ovulation (after 14th day) ??

I had sex with my partner on april 14th and given the contraceptive pill with in 48 hour (idoz 72)... actually she had her periods in april 1st ... Is she pregnant . ??

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question. We cannot predict if you are pregnant by your question although if you used the emergency contraceptive within 48 hours of your sexual experience, you should be fine. If you miss your period, take a pregnancy test although it is common to have irregular periods for at least two months or two period cycles after taking emergency contraceptives. I hope this helps.
