Hi, for a few days down I have been having sharp dull pain across from my belly button and around by belly button. I had some pregnancy worries but I don't think this is related. I didn't think it was my ovaries b/c i thought those were down farther. I didn't know if the pain i am experiencing is implantation or if it is my appendix. I had a couple spots when i wiped yesterday but i had taken plan b twice in june and had my period twice. I just want to know how to approach this. sometimes the pain swings across my side and down my hip and then sometimes it swings down into the top part of my pelvic (not so much there)

Hi, For the ovaries it can be in the lower abdomen, pelvic area. It's important to see your doctor and he might suggest getting imaging test done. Best, Daisy July 4, 2012 - 10:50am
