Aqua aerobics may or may not be beneficial for an individual who has been diagnosed with lordosis or scoliosis, as it depends on many factors (including your age, underlying cause for condition, severity of condition).

Please contact your doctor to discuss your specific and unique situation, as aqua aerobics may be excellent for you, in order to help you keep physically active...and any exercise helps improve your heart and lung function, which can definitely help with any condition. Depending on the factors I mentioned above, your doctor may approve exercise for you without restrictions, or may provide a list of specific recommendations or limitations.

Please let us know what your doctor says, as it is important to receive doctor approval anytime you begin a new exercise program.
