Are eggs high or low in potassium?

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

In general, eggs are about 1% potassium which is about 63mg.  Bananas on the other hand are a better source of potassium at 12%, 422mg.  If you want to eat a high potassium food I suggest bananas over eggs.
