Hi Anon
Great question!
For those of us who are not familiar with this condition, actinic keratosis are small growth on our skin caused by sun exposure. They are generally pre-cancerous so something that needs to be monitored.
For natural methods, you'll have to search hard and I don't think you'll come up with a lot, although the methods used are "natural" in that they occur naturally.
Liquid nitrogen is used to freeze off lesions. And you can also have the lesions simply cut off. There are other chemicals used to rid the body of the legions and also creams - but they are also chemical in nature, even if they are "natural".
The best natural way is to stay out of the sun. Everyone needs a little sun for health but someone with actinic keratosis needs as little as possible. The lesions may go away by themselves (but your skin will always needs to be checked because their departure may not always be permanent.
Unfortunately I have not seen any kind of herbal, vitamin or mineral treatments.
