Postinor 2 is 95% effective if taken 24 hours after intercourse and 85% effective if taken after 24 hours.

It has many possible side effects that are similar to pregnancy such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, tender breasts, light bleeding unrelated to period, etc.

If you experience any of these symptoms after taking the pill, it is not from pregnancy, it is just a normal side effect of the drug.
