I am struggling with my back acne for almost a decade now, it is affecting my personal life. Please help. I am also being treated for PCOD

According to our PCOS page, ance can be a symptom of PCOS. (http://www.empowher.com/media/reference/polycystic-ovary-syndrome)
However, since I don't know which came first, it's hard to tell if the two are even related.
Have you talked to your doctor about this or seen a dermatologist? Are you eating clean and drinking enough water?
The best bet is to see a dermatologist-- see what they recommend specifically for you.
