The back of my microwave has rusted right through to the outside. You can literally put your finger through it. Is this dangerous in terms of radiation?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  You might need to contact someone that can come and fix that for you or you might need to shop for a new one to avoid any danger.  Radiation from a microwave is mostly dangerous when you are standing in front of it while it's on.
