Can you direct me to a source for off label high dose perscription of baclofen near Madison, WI?
All other treatments for the addiction, AODA, are useless and have debilitating side effects.
Have tried in and out patient rehab treatment facilities and methadone, soboxone and everything else with no efficacy. Please help, confidentially.

Yes, but she will not perscribe, off label, the higher dose needed to find the proper theraputic level necessary to test reduced anxiety and reduced addiction

In all honesty, I would be very surprised if you could find a doctor to prescribe high dose baclofen to "reduce addiction" or for anxiety. I'm sure you know baclofen is used as a muscle relaxer and to reduce spasms caused by illnesses such as multiple sclerosis. Most clinicians are going to be uncomfortable prescribing it in the manner you are suggesting. In addition to the off-label part of it, that type of prescribing can open a doctor up to investigation. Baclofen can cause central nervous system depression and syncope, so large doses can be dangerous.

Hmmm... I'm wondering where you got your information that baclofen, "can cause central nervous system depression and syncope, so large doses can be dangerous." I've done a lot of reading about high-dosage baclofen and this is the first time I've read about these side effects. What I have read is that baclofen has been used for decades and is still being used at high doses (up to 300mg/day) for MS patients with only minor side effects. Can you direct me to credible, medical references that back your statement?
