thanks a lot for your response.
yeah you are right there is also something else except fruits in my diet but they do not contain enough fat that may become a reason. Not only my face I fell that i am getting fat, double chin arises only at the age of 24. Its better to inform you that my weight is 50kg and height is 150.1 cm.
I am very curious about my diet, I do not take snacks which is quite common you know,I take green tea almost daily and do not take much sugar in it. I take my meal on time, kindly suggest more.
hopefull for your reply.
thank you

Hello madiha,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community for advice.

I do hope you are including other foods beside just fruit in your diet. Our bodies derive nutrients from grains, protein and healthy fat sources.

I am concerned that you mention an increase in the size of your cheeks and that your face is getting broad. I urge you to contact your primary care physician and schedule an appointment which might include some blood tests.

My first thought is Cushing syndrome.

Cushing syndrome occurs when your body is exposed to high levels of the hormone cortisol for a long time. Sometimes called hypercortisolism, it may be caused by the use of oral corticosteroid medication. The condition can also occur when your body makes too much cortisol on its own.

Regards,
Maryann
