ASKMy hair and nails seemed to grow faster when I took biotin before I started taking birth control. Would it be okay to start taking biotin again now that I am on birth control?

Thanks for your question - it's a great one!
Biotin is Vitamin B (great for hair, nails etc) and there doesn't seem to be any evidence that it would interfere with your birth control pills so you should be fine. To confirm this, place a quick call to any pharmacy!
