Hi again, Question_asker.

You should be taking them correctly with no misses. That means the white pills.

Hi.

The dark green pills are inactive, to keep up the routine of taking a daily pill. It's the white pills that you should not be missing. Here are the dosing instructions I have researched for TriNessa:
+Sunday Start. When taking TriNessa® the first white tablet should be taken on the first Sunday after menstruation begins. If the period begins on Sunday, the first tablet should be taken that day. Take one active tablet daily for 21 days followed by one dark green inactive tablet daily for 7 days.+

Call your doctor for further instructions on this.

Best,
Helena
