I finish a whole pack of trinessa birth control.
I started my period on dec.2 friday on my 3 dark green color pill i kept taking them until i got my new pack.I had brown discharged so i kept taking it with the white pills from my new pack i started on the third one to the last and that was on Wednesday now today Sunday I started with the light blue one is it still effective..? Also if its okay that i skipped the 4 white pills because i took the green ones??

Is it okay that i skipped the 4 white pills cause i just had discharged after i finished the green ones and ended with the last 3 white pills

Hi.
The dark green pills are inactive, to keep up the routine of taking a daily pill. It's the white pills that you should not be missing. Here are the dosing instructions I have researched for TriNessa:
+Sunday Start. When taking TriNessa® the first white tablet should be taken on the first Sunday after menstruation begins. If the period begins on Sunday, the first tablet should be taken that day. Take one active tablet daily for 21 days followed by one dark green inactive tablet daily for 7 days.+
