Hi. This is my first time to be taking contraceptive pill and I just bought one recently. My concern is, the pill I bought, says on the packaging that I should start on the week with inactive pill on the first day of my period.. How soon can I be protected from being pregnant if I say for instance, I took one inactive pill on the first day of my cycle then continued with active pills as days go on. The pill is microgynon cd and its a spanish brand. with levo and etinilestradiol..
