ask: Bleed on the 23rd day of my last period. Is this normal?

I have fresh blood on my Cycle day 23. But i have never been early before. Just light beeding to be exact. It can't fill a pad but I have to wipe it off a lot of times to makesdure it is clean. Is this still normal for menstrual cycle? I have been irregular since before but not this early. And also when does ovulation start? Is it 14days of my cycle? Or varies too?
Thanks! ;)

Hey! Its me! When you say this is not uncommon, you usually can be early too? Well, we'll check next month how my cycle goes. But, normally how may cycle days are considered normal? 21-35 if not mistaken, right? :)

Hi Kimmay,

Thank you for your question. If you have irregular periods, this is not that uncommon especially if this is your first month. If this continues, I would say that this is uncommon. You usually ovulate approximately 14-16 days after the start of your period. Although, every woman is different and this may change from time to time.

If you think you may be pregnant, you can always try a pregnancy test but if your bleeding - you should be fine.

Hope this helps.

P.S
I tested this morning. It was negative. But still on light bleeding.
