Hi Im a 17 year old girl who is confused about what is happening to me right now. Please help me and i really would appreciate a good detailed answer. Ok so my period just ended 4 days ago and 2 days after my period ended i had some brown blood in my underwear i thought it was just some leftover blood that got left out from my recent period. But after 1 day of what happened i have a watery discharge with a little bit of blood mixed in but it was mostly sticky clear discharge. Why is this happening? In so scared now because i fear that it is implantation bleeding and i might be pregnant. I am in a relationship but i am saving intercourse until marriage. Im a virgin but me and my bf do other things too but we dont go all the way. Is it possible to be pregnant with fingering, mutual masturbation, or oral. We are always very careful and he washes his hands before touching me if he touched himself before. But im just scared and confused. Am i pregnant? Can this be implantation bleeding?

You must contact your gynecologist about this right away. It is not normal to have a period lasting more than 3 weeks. You could be at risk for iron deficiency anemia because of the prolonged bleeding. With a physical exam and knowing your medical history, your physician can determine the cause of this prolonged period.

im 47 years old and finished my period last week.. im not on pills.. today I noticed blood as I wiped.. this never happened to me before... what does this mean?

Hi, I'm 19 years of age.
I had unprotected sex with my partner 10 days ago and got my period 6 days ago and finished it 4 days ago (partly because I took the pill to make it finish early) . yesterday i had a weird smelling white/clearish discharge and today out of no where I have started to heavily bleed again. I take the pill, but i'm a bit worried I may be pregnant as this hasn't happened to me before..
help :/

Hi Anonymous,
You could not be pregnant because you had your period which started six days ago.
Since I do not know what pill you took to make your period end early, I cannot say if the heavy bleeding is a result of the pill.
Please contact your gynecologist about this.

Hi. I am 18 years old. I am sexually active. I had my period for a whole week, I got off last Sunday ( a week ago). This Sunday I noticed I have some spotting. A day later (today) I noticed it was a little heavier spotting but not heavy enough to be a period. I had sex two weeks ago, and then maybe every other day for a month while I was home from college with my boyfriend. Can anyone give me some advice?

Hi, I get my menstrual cycle on the 20th but instead of my period I for spotting. Then I started bleeding heavy but no spotting.. I'm also on birth control but I forget to take the pill every now and then, usually on my period I cramp very bad and throw up. This is my first time not doing that now that the heavy bleeding have stopped I'm now spotting again.. yes I'm sexually active....what's happening?

The irregular bleeding could be the result of not taking your birth control pills regularly. Contact your gynecologist about this.

Spotting then bleeding heavy with no clotting then spotting again isn't normal I've been on the pill awhile now and it's the first time doing this I'll contact my doctor because I'm having weird stabbing feelings in my side and pains in my back

I had my period on 8th, usually it last for 5-7 days, this time it was just 3 days.
I had sex with my boyfriend 16th, 17th and 18th. I forgot to take my birth control on 15th & 16th but I have been taking it regularly otherwise. I woke up with a whole lot of blood on 20th. I have taken Plan B on 20th ( Just in case). Am I pregnant or something else ?
