Hi Im a 17 year old girl who is confused about what is happening to me right now. Please help me and i really would appreciate a good detailed answer. Ok so my period just ended 4 days ago and 2 days after my period ended i had some brown blood in my underwear i thought it was just some leftover blood that got left out from my recent period. But after 1 day of what happened i have a watery discharge with a little bit of blood mixed in but it was mostly sticky clear discharge. Why is this happening? In so scared now because i fear that it is implantation bleeding and i might be pregnant. I am in a relationship but i am saving intercourse until marriage. Im a virgin but me and my bf do other things too but we dont go all the way. Is it possible to be pregnant with fingering, mutual masturbation, or oral. We are always very careful and he washes his hands before touching me if he touched himself before. But im just scared and confused. Am i pregnant? Can this be implantation bleeding?

Hi, I'm 14 and still a virgin, I have irregular periods but mine lasted 9 days and ended, then 3 days later I started bleeding again... Is this something I should be worried about?

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question. It would be a good idea for your mother to mention this to your pediatrician. Blood tests can determine if you might have a hormonal condition that is causing the irregular menstrual cycle.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine system disorder among women of reproductive age. Signs and symptoms often begin soon after a woman first begins having periods. Irregular periods is the most common sign.

Maryann
