Hey all, before I start I'm sorry if I'm being a bit gross, just worried. So last night me and my boyfriend had sex and after there was some blood on the sheets but when I went to the toilet there was nothing there so thought it wasn't me. But we had sex again this morning and when I went to the toilet there was blood in my underwear and I have been bleeding since. It seems like I'm having a period but I stopped my last one last Wednesday and ain't due again for another 3weeks. I have some pains in my stomach today as well and my back. I'm not on contraception and haven't been using protection so I'm not sure if I'm pregnant. I done a pregnancy test before my last period because it was 6days later but it was negative and then of course I got my period which I forgot to add only lasted 3 days. I know that's a lot of mumble jumble information but can anyone give me some advice, please. Thank you x

Hi Silyan,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Anytime you have unprotected sex your chances for pregnancy to occur are higher.  You might need to see your doctor to know what can be causing this bleeding.  Many other conditions can also cause irregularities to your cycles.

Best,

Daisy
