Hi Anonymous,

It is very common to have irregular periods after taking Plan B, so you shouldn't have any concern at this point. Many users of Plan B come to our site and it is common that for your next couple cycles, you may have irregular periods, so your not alone.

If after a few months, you still experience issues, consult your physician but at this point, this is common. Do you have any other concerns besides bleeding?

No just bleeding as if i was back on my period. I just got concerned because i just had one last week. It that normal and does that mean that i am not pregnant?

It is normal to have "breakthrough bleeding" (bleeding in between periods) after using emergency contraception, as it is a side effect from taking a large dose of hormones. Nothing harmful.

It is not an indicator of pregnancy/no pregnancy, however. You would need to wait until your next expected time for your period to know if you are pregnant or not.
