i got a cut from a tree branch a week ago and its getting worse Ive been keeping it clean and all but im noticing red lines coming from it its swollen Ive thrown up headache and its hard to breath i just felt these symptoms 2 days ago do u think it is possible that i might have blood poisoning

You need to go to the ER. Right now. As soon as you read this message get your things and go.
This is a serious situation and this type of infection can really blow up over a few hours and put you in an ICU bed. You need emergency medical care and IV antibiotics. I am not being alarmist, I am not joking.
Go Now. Please let us know how you are after you get treatment.
