I was rubbing with my gf, we both had jeans on and i ejaculated in my underwear. After about an hour ( 60-70 min) we were dry humping outside in an isolated place and we let our jeans down and we remained in lingerie. She was on top of me and we were rubbing and pressing against each other.
1. My underwear was wet from the ejaculation happened 1 hour before. If i touched and rubbed her vagina with that spot on the underwear, could it be a chance for her to become pregnant?

You cannot get pregnant from this scenario. Clothing acts as a barrier between you and your partner. A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside (or rarely) on the opening of her vagina. If you decide to have sex, use protection.

Hi,
The answer would be the same. You seem intent on thinking up scenarios that are not realistic for pregnancy to happen. Either that or you are trying to push the limit as to how far you can go without risk.
