Hi Anonymous,

I'm sorry to hear about your discomfort. You say that after you exert yourself by cleaning, you feel the most pain. Try your best not to over exert yourself and try stay off of your heel as much as possible.

Plantaar Fasciitis (inflammation of the plantar fascia), or heel spurs could be possible explanations for your pain.

Find out more here: https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/plantar-fasciitis

Also visit this heel pain website for more comprehensive information: http://www.heel-that-pain.com/heel_pain/

Regardless-- if you are in a sufficient amount of pain, it is best to visit a doctor to get a diagnosis so that we can make sure that the problem doesn't get worse.

Best,

Danielle.
