Hi I find out I was pragant on Thursday line was very faint and in Friday i started bleeding went to the hosp the said I had a nigtive so I had lost it . So on Monday I took a test to make sure I was a very strong postive and went doctors the dome blood test hg levels were 78 and got go bk Tomo for another blood test dose the mean I hv not lost it or hv I

Hi Lotty,
That is something the doctors can explain to you.
Bleeding can indicate a problem with the pregnancy. A repeat hCG test will help the doctors know more.

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. I can appreciate how uncertain you must be feeling right now.
Best to return as instructed and have another blood pregnancy test done.
Caution must be used in making too much of hCG numbers. A normal pregnancy may have low hCG levels and result in a perfectly healthy baby. The results from an ultrasound after 5 -6 weeks gestation are much more accurate than using hCG numbers.
The hCG hormone is produced by the cells of the placenta. An hCG level of less than 5mIU/ml is considered negative for pregnancy, and anything above 25mIU/ml is considered positive for pregnancy.
