I just finished my period last monday, but my breast feel sore already today. What could it be? Is it possible to have sore breast during ovulation time? but isn't to early for me to ovulate, it's not even in the middle of my cycle yet.

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER.
How well do you know your cycle? Also bear in mind that your cycle can change a little bit each time. It's true that most women ovulate around day 12-14 of their cycle. Some however ovulate earlier or later than that. It is not uncommon to experience breast tenderness before or after ovulation and also signaling a period (or pregnancy depending on your case). This is consistent with what I have read on medical websites like Medlineplus and Mayo Clinic.
Hope it helps, and hope your tenderness subsides. If you notice any other symptoms that are troublesome, don't be afraid to call your doctor to run them past the nurse and see what they suggest for dealing with it. Good luck and let us know how you're doing.
