Breast soreness and leakage

I'm a 33 yr old mother of 4. My tubes are now tied, but I know that I still can get pregnant. However I just went to the doctor about a week and a half ago and I wasn't pregnant then. But now my breast are rather sore and leaking like when I lean over. It's very little leakage but I know that it's there. I've had my menestration for this month too, however it did come on kind of early though. So I'm just wondering why are my breast sore and leaking now?

In most cases, breast leakage is due to pregnancy or breast feeding. If you are experiencing leakage, you should consult your physician. If you are not pregnant, there may be a hidden condition that may be affecting your body.

You said you are 33 years old. Does breast cancer run in your family? Do you check your breasts often for any abnormalities? If you are experiencing leakage that is occurring and not due to pregnancy (which may be questionable at this point) you should certainly seek a physician’s care.

I would get a pregnancy test as soon as possible to see if you are pregnant; if not certainly contact your physician.

I hope this helps.
