I am breastfeeding and have been having abnormally short menstrual cycles for three months now. Could low progesterone be cause? Can I take progesterone in some natural form while breastfeeding

Hi, Anon:

How long ago did you have your baby? Keep in mind that your body is still undergoing hormonal changes, so it wouldn't be unusual to have a change in your cycles for a while.

Always confer with your doctor about anything that seems unusual to you, and with any questions about what supplements, including natural hormones, you are considering.
